Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Wassaf. By using, installing, or subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

1. Service and eligibility

Wassaf is a software service for creating product descriptions and marketing content. You must be legally able to contract and authorized to manage any connected store.

2. Accounts and store connections

You are responsible for accurate account information and secure access. Salla and Zid connections rely on official authorization, verified store identifiers, and approved scopes. You may not use one store's subscription for another store or bypass security and quota controls.

3. AI output

Outputs are suggested drafts and do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, compliance, or sales. You must review text, prices, claims, legal or medical statements, and intellectual-property issues before publishing. You are responsible for your use and publication of outputs.

4. Plans and quotas

The purchase channel displays each plan's price, term, quota, and features. A quota may be weekly or monthly, and longer subscriptions may renew their quota monthly. Features such as image generation or bulk processing may be limited to specific plans. Unused quota expires at the end of its cycle unless stated otherwise.

5. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Subscriptions purchased through Salla or Zid are billed, renewed, and cancelled through that platform and are also subject to its terms. Direct purchases use the provider shown at checkout. Cancelling renewal does not itself create a refund, and access may continue until the paid term ends according to the subscription status received from the billing platform.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not use the Service unlawfully, infringe rights, create fraudulent or harmful content, bypass quotas, disrupt systems, gain unauthorized access, or resell the Service without written approval. You retain your rights in submitted content and applicable rights in outputs, while granting us a limited license to process content to provide, secure, and improve the Service. Wassaf software, branding, design, and code remain protected.

7. Third parties and availability

Features may depend on Salla, Zid, AI, hosting, and payment providers. We seek reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Reasonable maintenance and updates may occur.

8. Suspension and liability

Access may be suspended or terminated when a subscription ends or is refunded, the app is uninstalled, these Terms are breached, a security risk exists, or law requires it. To the extent permitted by law, Wassaf is not liable for indirect loss or decisions based on unreviewed output. Mandatory liability and Saudi consumer rights are not excluded.

9. Governing law, language, and contact

Saudi Arabian law applies and competent Saudi authorities and courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules. The English text is provided for convenience; the Arabic version prevails in case of conflict. Contact: wassaf.sa@gmail.com.
